The mission of Zart21 is making people feel proud of using, wearing, and sharing our Art Products. We create and design our items inspired in "The Magic Of The Extra" and want our customers to feel very proud and empowered to show them up!

However,  If for any reason we do not meet your expectations then we are giving you 2 options:

 1) Requesting an Exchange, in this case we will customize the product with your favorite design and colors.  You will choose a design between the 100+ designs in our website, we will create a new product for you, and then we will ship it to you for free.

​

2)  Requesting a Return, we will refund the total amount of the money you paid for our product to the original payment method.

​

To initiate an Exchange or Return process, please contact us via email to zartextra21@gmail.com within the 14 days you receive your purchase. Please attach the receipt of your purchase and let us know what you would like to do.
